Located on a 20,000-acre working ranch, the George Ranch Historical Park opened in 1988 and brings Texas and Fort Bend County history to life through interactive school programming, group tours, special events and a range of activities for the general public. The Park features a glimpse of the past through four historic home sites: the 1830s Jones Stock Farm, 1860s Ryon Prairie Home, 1890s Davis Victorian Mansion and 1930s George Ranch Home and Cattle Complex.
