A new retail development is under construction within the Long Meadow Farms master-planned community. The Shops at Long Prairie Trace are the newest addition to the expanding West Houston retail sub-market. The development, located along the Grand Parkway just north of West Bellfort Street, provides excellent visibility and easy access from Grand Parkway.

Gallery Furniture and Santikos Palladium movie theater anchor the development and collectively attract over half a million visitors each year. The project consists of two buildings: a 12,000 square foot retail building and a 3,000 square foot free-standing building with a drive-thru capability at the entrance to Gallery Furniture.  The project will be completed in July 2017, and spaces are currently available for lease.

The developers of The Shops at Long Prairie Trace selected the location as the immediate trade area has experienced a significant increase in population over the past several years, along with a substantial increase in the day-time population. The project is being developed by SSZ LP, a Texas based company. For more information, call 713-521-4215 or e-mail felixz@newregionalplanning.com.
