If you love to shop, mark your calendar for the annual Holiday Shopping Card which takes place October 18th through 28th. Purchase The Holiday Shopping Card for $75 and receive a 20% discount and complimentary eats at more than 500 participating retailers and restaurants throughout the Greater Houston area, as well as help make a difference in the lives of those battling cancer.

Benefiting the American Cancer Society, The Holiday Shopping Card is available now at www.houston.holidayshoppingcard.org. Or, you can purchase the $75 Card at participating merchants across Houston.

An active member of VICTORY, a volunteer fundraising branch of the American Cancer Society, for more than a decade, Sugar Land resident Gigi Harbison is recognized as the 2018 Holiday Shopping Card honoree.

“The fight against cancer is very personal to me and helping to raise funds to support this battle has become my passion,” said Harbison. “Working alongside the women of VICTORY allows me to fulfill that passion. I know that VICTORY is the right place and this is the right time for me to do what I can to help win the war against this dreadful disease.”

The following events will be held to help launch The Holiday Shopping Card:

   Highland Village, 4055 Westheimer Road
    Live music by Bubba McNeely and fireworks display
