Robert C. Brown, III Memorial Bronze Statue to be Built in Sugar Land

In honor of Robert C. Brown III, the Sugar Land Legacy Foundation, in coordination with the Fort Bend Economic Development Council (FBEDC), plans to construct a bronze statue of Brown that will be placed along Brooks Lake in the Lake Pointe Development in Sugar Land. The organizations hope to see completion on this project over the next six months with an unveiling next year.

Brown was a leader and major philanthropist with organizations across the county. He served as the FBEDC Chairman for nearly two decades.

The community is invited to join in this fundraising effort to memorialize the consummate promoter and advocate for Fort Bend County, Sugar Land and so many of our local charities throughout his life. Contributions are tax deductible and can be funded electronically through the Sugar Land Legacy Foundation website: www.sugarlandlegacy.org/donate/ or by mail at the address below.
