Riverstone Goes Big for Houston’s Largest Home Tour

Top-selling Riverstone is opening the doors to dozens of homes and select community events this month during Houston’s Largest Home Tour. On the tour are well-appointed inventory homes and 20 models – including Riverstone’s newest model, a spacious 4,227 square-foot design by Newmark Homes in Avalon at Riverstone. While touring the new model, visitors might want to see nearby Central Park, the newest Riverstone amenity. The four-acre space features a picnic pavilion and sturdy playground equipment that invites imaginative play.

Community visitors will have a chance to enjoy the Riverstone lifestyle Saturday, April 15th during the Spring Kayak on the Lake. Those wanting to enjoy fun on the water will be able to test a variety of kayaks 11 am to 3 pm on Lake Riverstone. Houston’s Coolest Crawfish Festival happens Saturday, April 29th from noon to 4 pm. Guests will enjoy spicy crawfish and even hotter music from Step Rideau & The Zydeco Outlaws, as well as a host of children’s activities. Both events are free and open to the public. The tour, which is also free and open to the public, will take place 10 am to 6 pm Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 pm Sundays.
