Sugar Plum Market
The Sugar Plum Market is the largest annual holiday shopping extravaganza in Fort Bend hosted by the Fort Bend Junior Service League. Build Day
The City of Missouri City, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and the Missouri City Community are building a playground!  They need 200 volunteers from the Missouri City community to help give more than 5,000 area kids the childhood they deserve by building a new playground. The Missouri City Parks & Recreation Department hosts senior bingo monthly for area residents who are 50+. Visit with your peers, enjoy breakfast and play friendly rounds of bingo for great prizes! Sip and Stroll Through Sienna Plantation
Foodies can sip and stroll their way through fine food and excellent vintages at Sienna Plantation.  The community’s Sawmill Lake Club, located at 10323 Mount Logan, will be the backdrop for a promenade of flavors showcasing local establishments. Sip and nibble at the social bar or head out to the fire pit to sip and watch the sun set. Tickets are $65. Plus, $20 of every ticket sold will benefit A Shelter for Cancer Families. Riverstone Holiday Market
Riverstone is ushering in the holiday shopping season with a splendid array of distinctive items during the Riverstone Holiday Market. Visitors can shop for artisanal jewelry, clothing, specialty food items and more at The Club at Riverstone, located at 18353 University Boulevard. Admission is at least one canned good, which will be donated to Second Mile Mission Center. Got Trees & Grass & Weeds?
The Sugar Land Garden Club presents Deborah Birge, a 15-year Master Gardener, who will lecture on techniques that consider the different needs of your lawn and your trees all while keeping your Home Owners Association happy. This meeting will be held at St. Basil’s Hall, located at 702 Burney Road in Sugar Land. Refreshments and social time begin at 9:30 am, and the program starts at 10 am. Happy Thanksgiving! November 25th, 1 – 5 pm

Free Photos with Santa Sponsored by Imperial Sugar
Enjoy a free holiday photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Photos will take place in the lobby of 16190 City Walk, Sugar Land.  Since it is the season of giving, Santa will be collecting new and unwrapped stuffed animals for the Fort Bend Rainbow Room’s Christmas Project. All donations will go to children and adults referred by caseworkers from Texas Department of Family and Protective services. Also, drop your letter to Santa in his mailbox and get a return letter in the mail for a donation of $5.
