Teen mentors partner with siblings of children with autism to develop friendships and encourage support among the siblings through

Sienna Plantation Toddler Fair
Families with kids aged toddler up to eight are invited to enjoy a free day of train rides, swings, inflatables, face painting, a photo booth, food trucks, music and more!  Radio Disney’s “Andyroo” will be making a special appearance and the Sienna Super Kid Toddler Zone featuring giant ball pits, Texas Tumbling Tours and a life-size ring toss. For more information,  visit

The University of Houston (UH) Fort Bend Alumni Association is hosting the 23rd Annual Coach Bill Yeoman Scholarship Golf Tournament at Sugar Creek Country Club.  The tournament is a main fund raiser for scholarships awarded to students from the Fort Bend area studying at UH. For more information, visit

Sugar Land Jr. Superstar Auditions
Sugar Land’s annual singing competition is kicking off with open auditions for the local talent! Contestants must be between 9-13 years of age and residents of Fort Bend in order to be eligible for competition. Texas Miss Amazing is a program that gives girls and young women with disabilities the opportunity to build self confidence in a supportive environment. During this event, ladies will participate in a fashion show and talent showcase. The non-competitive walk for dogs and their humans benefiting the American Cancer Society takes place at The Club at Riverstone.
