The process begins with a listing appointment with Stubbs. She gets to know the unique needs of each client and oversees every step of the home selling process, ensuring that each property is positioned to achieve the top sales price. Her knowledge of the local housing market and network of connections gives her and her clients a distinct advantage.
The team’s Staging Coordinator, Tracy Beyl, meets with clients and assesses items that need to be removed (decluttering), recommends and coordinates vendors (painters, carpet cleaners, power washers, etc.), schedules and oversees the photoshoot, installation of lockbox and sale sign and enters each listing in HAR.
Once a property is made LIVE, Cathy’s Listing Specialist, Tracy Weiss, guides clients through the listing process and is available to answer questions and concerns. Weiss provides weekly updates with showing and online traffic reports, coordinates the open house schedule and provides feedback from potential buyers.
Weekly open houses are an important part of the team’s marketing process and are hosted by the team’s Buyer Specialists led by Michelle Patterson.
Transaction Coordinator Sherwin Jose brings his wealth of experience to the team by managing all contracts and deadlines. Jose handles negotiations between the seller, buyer, escrow, agents and various third parties and monitors inspections, completion of repairs and coordinates the closing process.
