Jamestown Estate Homes Launches Custom Program in Sienna

Jamestown Estate Homes has begun sales in Sienna as the Fort Bend community’s only custom homebuilder. The builder is offering homes in the Sienna neighborhood of Fox Bend. Model home construction will begin soon.

“There is a demand for custom homes in Sienna,” said Melissa Arnold, Jamestown Estate Homes sales representative. “We had three lot reservations within a week of opening for sales.”

Jamestown Estate Homes has a total of 25 homesites in the wooded Sienna neighborhoods. Typical size is 100 feet wide, with many properties along a cul-de-sac and backing up to a reserve. Pricing begins in the $800,000s, although current homes under contract range up to $1.2 million.

“These are going to be beautiful estate homes up to 7,000 square feet,” said Alvin San Miguel, Sienna General Manager. “They fill a gap in the range of homes we’ve been offering and continue the successful custom home program that was in Sienna years ago.”

Fifteen builders have opened 21 models in Sienna and offer homes priced from the low $200,000s. Homes are within walking distance of parks, trails and other amenities in Sienna, including three water parks, two fitness centers, tennis courts and soon, a dog park. Students attend schools within the Fort Bend Independent School District, including seven located on-site.
