Hope Endowment Supports Children with 7th Annual Event

Hope Endowment is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to empower children in India to transcend poverty by providing a safe, caring, compassionate home and prepare them with education and social development. The children Hope Endowment serves are between the ages of three and 18 years. All of the children are provided with housing, food, clothing, health care, educational opportunities and social services. The organization provides financial assistance to over 200 children in a home located in Dumda, Gujarat.

Since inception, Hope Endowment has donated over $1,000,000 to meet the daily needs of the children it serves, increase awareness in society, create educational opportunities for growth, establish permanent dwellings in these locales, and most importantly, grow the endowment to allow the organization to help the children for years to come.

This past year, the children’s four-story permanent home was completed. With completion of the home, attention now turns to completing a K-12 school. The highly anticipated school building will be completed by the end of 2017.

Thank you to everyone who recently attended the 7th Annual Hope Gala – A Knight in Camelot, presented by Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.  One hundred percent of the funds raised are used towards the direct care of the children. Administrative and fundraising costs are funded by a combination of corporate sponsors, private benefactors and the Hope Endowment founding members.

Hope Endowment treasures each and every one of our donors, individual and corporate.  Thank you, and we look forward to our continued, invaluable relationship.
