Turks and Caicos is a very hot and happening spot in the world of family travel. The Beaches property there has created a multi-faceted fantasy world for both young and old, and everyone else in between! From their carefully designed activities that cater to every age range to their 10 pools and four whirlpools, there’s something for everyone. And, the resort’s Sesame Street partnership if perfect for young families.  Littles are attended to by trained professionals, and there are activities with the characters, such as “Cooking with Cookie Monster,” “Science with Grover” and “Art with Julia,” the latest character to join the Sesame Street family who also happens to have Autism.  Beaches is the only certified resort in the Caribbean that caters to children who have autism.

In addition to the Sesame Street gang, kids can enjoy an X-BOX play lounge and the resort-owned 65-foot catamaran Kitty Katt Cruiser for the teens and families. In addition, the resort offers just about anything water sport related from scuba diving PADI certification to kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, aqua trikes, hobie cats, paddle boards and an underwater vision boat. Lest we not forget the obvious – the 12 miles of crystal turquoise sea!

There’s also shopping for friends and family, all of which can be done on property in the 7,000 square foot retail village where guests will find everything they are looking for, and of course, a whole bunch of great things that they never knew they needed!

There’s never a dull moment at this property, and did I forget to mention there is a train that runs the littles from here to there? The resort also boasts one of the Caribbean’s most comprehensive water parks with nine slides, a lazy river, surf simulator, water cannons and cranks. Just in case you think you want to leave the resort for a little history or biology lesson, only 15 mins away is the world’s only Conch Farm, where guests can explore the fascinating process of farming the Queen Conch, “Strombus Gigas,” from fertilization to harvest.

Beaches at Turks and Caicos provides a multitude of variety at various price points. The property spans over 75 acres with 758 rooms and suites over four village platforms. Amongst multiple Diamond Stars Awards, the resort also has maintained “World Leading All-Inclusive Family Resort Brand” awarded 20 years in a row.

This all-inclusive property has 24 dining options available. There are 15 bars along with daily and nightly events for every age. There’s even a midnight chocolate bar!

There’s so much for everyone to enjoy at Beaches at Turks and Caicos.  It’s definitely a favorite for young families.
