Stafford Municipal School District (MSD) Superintendent Dr. Robert Bostic was proud to receive and recognize the upcoming Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday with several Fort Bend County dignitaries and elected officials in Richmond. Dr. Bostic, the first African-American Superintendent in Stafford MSD history, represented the educational pillar of Dr. King’s vision for all Americans.
