Brandani’s Burgers, Tacos & Brews is the latest culinary creation for Missouri City restauranteurs Ron and Claire Brandani. A casual eatery, their new venture features Chef Ron Brandani’s creativity of some classic favorites with a new twist.
Menu favorites include Wagyu burgers, sloppy joes, grilled cheese with tomato and Brandani’s famous candied bacon and wide variety of tacos made with hand-made flour tortillas. From avocado and mango salsa tacos with tomatillo sauce to Asian chicken tacos with panko crusted chicken, ginger soy sauce, mango slaw and crispy wontons, all taco plates are served with black beans and rice. “Street” Corn features chili powder, crème fresco and a cojita blend, and Not-Cho-Regular-Fries are available with beef piccadillo and chicken diablo.
While the menu differs from Brandani’s Restaurant and Wine Bar, which the Brandani’s opened in March 2015, the quality cuisine and service that the Brandani’s are well-known for is the same. “Our goal with our casual restaurant was to put our own spin on family favorites,” said owner and Chef Ron Brandani. “We wanted a place where you can bring the kids after a baseball game, and there would be something on the menu that everyone would enjoy.”
All of the items served at Brandani’s Burgers, Tacos & Brews are homemade including the pickles and tortilla chips, along with their “Grab & Go” items that feature readymade meals such as Akaushi Meatballs, Chicken Cacciatore with Pasta, Egg Salad and more. “We’re very excited about our ‘Grab & Go’ offerings,” said owner Claire Brandani. “The menu changes daily, and it gives busy moms an alternative for a quick, delicious and healthy dinner option.”
From the brew perspective, Brandani’s features over 29 draft beers and craft and import brews including local brewery Texas Leaguer and seasonal favorites from Saint Arnold Brewing Co. and Karbach. The restaurant also serves white, red and sparkling wine and peach and frozen rose’.
