Richmond’s Aliana development is releasing more than 200 homesites in preparation for an expected busy holiday sales season. Aliana is ranked No. 2 for sales in the Houston area.
New sections in fast-selling Aliana are now open for presales as the community moves into an expected busy holiday season.
With the latest demand for homes in Aliana, a 2,000-acre development that is ranked the Number 2 top-selling community in the Houston area by housing research firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO), the pace has been stepped up to release more than 200 new homesites for the 2017 holiday season. The new homesites will accommodate a variety of homes and appeal to families of all sizes. Pricing will start in the $270,000s.
Aliana, a Richmond community now has 18 models open daily for touring and a wide selection of under-construction and move-in ready homes available. “Our award-winning builders are ready to answer the needs of homebuyers, whatever they may be,” said Linda Kilgore, Marketing Director with Aliana Development Company. “We have one- and two-story homes available with up to six bedrooms and a four-car garage. The homes include today’s must-have design features such as expansive common areas, substantial kitchen islands, courtyards, covered outdoor living spaces and current color palettes.”

Residents of Aliana enjoy a generous amenity package, including a second community recreation center that opened this year, The Westmoor Club at Aliana.
