Perennially top-rated Riverstone once again landed among the nation’s best-selling communities on a mid-year report released by housing research firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO).
The Johnson Development community posted 189 sales through the first half of 2018, placing it at No. 41 on the prestigious national list. “When it comes to sales, Riverstone is still going strong,” said Trey Reichert, Vice President and General Manager for the community. “We offer a unique lifestyle, and buyers find our prime Fort Bend location and luxurious amenities appealing.”
The report noted that communities such as Riverstone continue to be successful due to a focus on targeting various age, income and household segments with appropriately priced and designed floor plans and lifestyle amenities.
Riverstone has long been a leader in offering buyers innovative home choices and amenities. Home buyers can choose from designs priced from the $300,000s by 11 well-known builders. Four custom homebuilders also construct homes in Riverstone priced into the millions. The construction of The Shops at Riverstone, a 165,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by a Kroger — slated to open this fall — will increase convenient shopping opportunities for residents. Those living in Riverstone also enjoy access to several pool complexes, including the water park at The Club at Riverstone, which also offers tennis, a spray park, fitness center, Adventure Park and well-appointed event space. Parks designed to spur children’s imagination can be found throughout the development.
Riverstone is one of six Johnson communities to make the RCLCO list. Sister community, Sienna Plantation in Missouri City nabbed the No. 15 spot. Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear placed No. 25, Viridian in Arlington, Tex., ranked 26, Harmony in Spring was listed at No. 30 and Woodforest in South Montgomery County was ranked at No. 38. Johnson Development had more communities ranked than any other developer in the nation.
