Harvest Green Farmers Market Springs Into Freshness March 14th

Spring has sprung and it’s “thyme” to celebrate at the Harvest Green Farmers Market Spring Kickoff, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 14th.

The annual event takes place at the Harvest Green Village Farm, 8939 Harlem Road in Richmond. Vendors will be on hand with farm fresh produce, artisanal treats, sustainably produced meats, handmade goods and more. Little sprouts will enjoy crafts, a meet-and-greet with farm animals and other activities. Adults can pick up veggie transplants from the farm to plant in their own gardens. The event is free and open to the public.
