The city of Sugar Land Civic Arts Division reopened its Performing Arts Roster.
The roster is open to all performing artists, including but not limited to singers, songwriters, bands of all genres, theater troupes, improvisation troupes, DJs and musicians. The city is seeking talented artists to join its pre-qualified artist roster.
The following details how the roster will be used:
In addition, all roster artists will be notified of open calls not using the roster that may be available through the city’s Civic Arts Program. Artists whose body of work is juried through another city opportunity using a selection panel to review work samples and qualifications may be invited to join the roster.
The roster timeline follows:
“We believe in the talent, skill and brilliance of our local performing artists and are building this roster as an invitation for performers to bring that brilliance to the city of Sugar Land, where we look forward to fostering and supporting their gifts,” said Civic Arts Manager Sha Davis.
