Vendors Sought for Riverstone November 21st Holiday Market

Local businessowners have an opportunity to showcase their wares and spread some holiday cheer at the upcoming Riverstone Holiday Market, 5 to 9 pm on Friday, November 21st.

Applications are now being accepted for the annual event, now in its 14th year. The market takes place at The Club at Riverstone, 18353 University Boulevard. It is open to the public and attracts hundreds of shoppers each year.

“This isn’t just a holiday market, it’s a tradition,” said Solomon Delaney, Lifestyle Director at Riverstone. “It’s also a great opportunity for small businesses to really shine. The evening is very festive with live entertainment, delicious hors d’ oeuvres, and a signature cocktail which enhances the experience for everyone.”

Two options are available for merchants: a traditional booth space that includes a 6-foot table and two chairs for $50 and a larger space that includes a 10-foot by 10-foot space, table with linens and two chairs for $70.

The larger booths are outdoors. Traditional booth space can be indoors or outdoors. Additional tables/equipment will be permitted in the larger booth spaces with prior approval. Requests for indoor space cannot be accommodated as those are held for products that may be unable to be outdoors, such as food.

Vendors do not have to make any payment when submitting the application. Once approved by the Holiday Market events team, information will be mailed to the applicant. Interested merchants can apply at https://form.jotform.com/251826288739169.
