Webb-Junker Wedding

Miss Amanda Ann Webb and Mr. Julius Eric Junker were united in marriage on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at five o’clock in the evening at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. The outdoor ceremony was officiated by Reverend Robert Patin and was attended by a large contingency of family and friends from across the United States. Scripture was read by Dustin Schluterman, cousin of the bride.

In the finest New Orleans tradition, the wedding guests followed a spirited Second Line Parade through the French Quarter after the ceremony, replete with live music performed by The Jaywalkers. Immediately following the Second Line Parade, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel with a Cajun-themed buffet and a traditional “cake pull” ceremony. On the eve of the wedding, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Court of Two Sisters. Guests were welcomed to New Orleans on Thursday evening with a “Wedding Kick-Off” event at the Crescent City Brewhouse hosted by the bride’s parents. On Friday morning, the bride’s mother hosted a bridal luncheon honoring the bridesmaids at Commander’s Palace.
