Sienna Plantation Announces Top-Producing Realtors For 2012

A veteran real estate team and a rising star have been named Sienna Plantation’s top-producing Realtors for 2012. For the tenth time, the team of Linda and Todd Riddle of ReMax Fine Properties topped all Realtors for new home sales in Sienna Plantation during the year.  Shijimon Jacob of Everest Realty, having just completed his first year in residential real estate, finished 2012 as its second-highest producing Realtor. Jacob also is a resident of Sienna Plantation.  Last year, the two top producers combined to generate close to $10 million in sales of new homes in the Fort Bend County master-planned community.

“We’re thrilled to recognize both a long-time real estate team and a fantastic newcomer,” says Susie Goff of The Johnson Development Corp.  “The amenities, quality of life and selection of new homes in Sienna Plantation continue to sell very well.” Goff adds new home sales in Sienna Plantation in 2012 were up 46 percent from 2011 which places the community #16 on the list of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities.

As top producer, the Riddles were presented with a home security and entertainment package from Connect One similar to the one offered to residents of another Johnson Development community, Cross Creek Ranch.  In 2012, the Riddles sold 115 properties totaling over $30 million in sales making them one of the top 25 producing Realtor teams in Texas.
