The NOW Sapphire Resort located in Riviera Cancun is the perfect retreat for families of all ages and a smart solution to finally end the stressful holidays. With activities and entertainment all included and tailored specifically for multi-generations, guests will be singing carols by the pool and starting off the new year more connected to those you love.

The NOW Sapphire Resort in Riviera Cancun features the unlimited luxury experience, which always includes limitless gourmet with no reservations required at all eight specialty themed restaurants throughout the property. Unlimited international and domestic top shelf spirits, freshly squeezed juices and pops are included. There’s 24 hour room service and laundry services, too, so really a small bag is all you’ll need to pack!

At this resort, choose from 496 junior suites with either a private balcony or terrace. The Preferred Club level offers additional amenities, which I always recommend, that allow for personalized check-in and check-out and concierge service. In addition, Preferred Club guests will receive access to a private pool, a private lounge serving continental breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres, specialty desserts and cocktails. And, oceanfront rooms each have a private whirlpool on the balcony.

Planning each day with relatives is as simple as downloading the unlimited connectivity app where while on property, guests can coordinate the day and night for the children and the adults. For the children ages three to 12, there are daily programs to keep them entertained and learning. Sandcastle competitions, arts and crafts, science and nature exploration are amongst the offerings. For the tweens and teens, the Core Zone Club offers dancing, gaming and an opportunity to make new friends.  All activities are supervised by Red Cross certified staff.

Adults enjoy complimentary use of the property’s three pools, tennis courts, kayaks, Hobie cats and of course, the beautiful turquoise sea. For the more adventurous, there’s golf packages, deep sea diving and snorkeling excursions that can be arranged for additional fees. Of course, guests can opt to spend the day at the spa and be pampered with facials, massages and manicures all utilizing the scents and sounds of the sea.
