The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce presented Sugar Land’s State of the City in January at the Sugar Land Marriott.  Sugar Land Mayor Joe Zimmerman and retiring Sugar Land City Manager Allen Bogard reflected on the City’s past, discussed current events and explored what’s next for Sugar Land.  This was Bogard’s last State of the City as he is retiring this year.
