Generous, Enthusiastic Men Serving

Fort Bend Focus and absolutely! Brazos magazines recently kicked off a new initiative honoring three role models whose contributions to our community make them real GEMS – three Generous, Enthusiastic Men Serving.

The three GEMS were introduced at a brunch at the home of KK and S. Scott West that included the JEWELS of Fort Bend along with community and event partners. The GEMS – Carl Favre, Joe M. Gurecky and S. Scott West – will be honored at a premier event featuring dinner, live entertainment and a “chips for charity” casino on Thursday, October 24th at the Imperial Center for the Arts located in Historic Downtown Rosenberg.

Proceeds from the GEMS of Fort Bend will be invested back into the community by supporting an important organization: AccessHealth. AccessHealth, formerly Fort Bend Family Health Center, is dedicated to excellence in providing integrated health care services to improve individual’s quality of life.  Affordable and accessible health care is top of mind in our community, and AccessHealth is dedicated to providing excellence in health care services in the communities it serves.  With centers throughout Fort Bend, AccessHealth is helping fill that void in vital health care.

The GEMS of Fort Bend is open to the public and will be held on October 24th. The event kicks off with the casino and cocktails at 6:30 pm followed by dinner and live entertainment by Imperial Arts. Tables and individual tickets are available by contacting absolutely! focus media at 281-690-4242.
