During the month of love, there is much for us to love here at absolutely! focus media. First and foremost, I must say that we love being a winner! absolutely! focus media competed in an international marketing and communications professionals competition, and we earned three awards: one Platinum Award and two Gold Awards. Definitely an exciting time for us here as we have grown to publishing four monthly community magazines thanks to the support of our advertisers and readers. A huge “thank you” to you for helping us be a winner!

While our awards have made my Valentine’s Day even sweeter, this issue devoted to love is full of great ideas to celebrate with your sweetheart. For my fellow chocolate lovers, what’s better to pair with wine than chocolate? Our Vine Sleuth shares the winning formula for pairing wine and chocolate on page 62. And, if your sweetheart is looking for that perfect gift, check out our Valentine’s Day Gift Guide on page 68 full of great ideas from local retailers.
