Coventry Homes Starts Presales in Sienna Plantation

Coventry Homes has begun presales in Sienna Plantation. The builder will offer 11 luxury floor plans in the community that are priced from the $480,000s.

Coventry Homes is expanding its building program, starting presales in December 2017 in Sienna Plantation in Fort Bend County.

Coventry offers 11 floor plans in Sienna’s Logan Pass neighborhood. The home designs — ranging from 3,200 to 4,671 square feet — are priced from the $480,000s. With the addition of Sienna Plantation, Coventry Homes is currently building in 27 Houston-area communities.  “Coventry Homes can be found in Houston’s most desirable communities,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes. “We are thrilled to now be in Sienna Plantation, which is one of the nation’s top-selling communities and is widely known for its outstanding amenities and exciting lifestyle.”

Coventry just began construction on a two-story model home in Sienna, a 3,693-square-foot, four-bedroom design that will showcase the range of standard and optional features available, such as a wine room, coffered ceilings and sliding glass doors that open the family room to a Texas-sized patio complete with an outdoor kitchen. The model is expected to open in March.

“Coventry Homes nicely complements the wide range of homes and price ranges offered in Sienna Plantation,” said Alvin San Miguel, general manager. “They fill the gap for buyers looking for luxury homes priced just below $500,000, allowing us to expand our offerings for move-up buyers.”  All of Coventry Homes’ designs in Sienna Plantation will be built to meet or exceed the standards set by the Environments for Living (EFL) program and come with a three-year limited guarantee for energy usage.

Sienna Plantation is a 10,800-acre Fort Bend community located along Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Parkway. Coventry Homes residents will be within biking distance of the newly opened Sawmill Lake Club, Sienna Plantation’s fourth recreation complex. Visit www.coventryhomes.com for more information.
